KAKWA
The Kakwa area in north eastern West NIle was small, twenty to to thirty miles across. The northern portion was in forest reserve. The area was lightly populated. Most Kakwa people at that time lived in Zaire with only a small group in Uganda. The flight route came from south; Maracha in Lugbara, north through Koboko, then east into the Moyo part of Madi country. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. ...... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . .
